Schmitz Design-Build completed this 66,000-square-foot tenant improvement for a leading fire alarm and fire sprinkler subcontractor in Denver, Colorado. The full design-build project included approximately 32,000 square feet of office space, along with a large warehouse and specialized operational areas designed around the client’s unique testing and service requirements. These spaces included hydrostatic testing rooms and underground testing pits for fire extinguishers.

The project required careful coordination to meet an aggressive schedule and a tightly managed budget. By integrating design and construction from the beginning, SDB was able to identify challenges early, streamline decision-making, and develop cost-effective solutions without compromising the client’s operational needs. Through close collaboration with the client, design partners, subcontractors, and vendors, the project was successfully delivered within the anticipated budget and timeline.
