Our team served as the General Contractor for MyWoof’s tenant improvement project located within a first-generation industrial concrete tilt-up building in Adams County. The client sought to create a modern, high-end environment that reflects their brand identity and supports their growing operations.

The scope of work included constructing premium office space featuring high-end interior finishes, a fully equipped employee breakroom, and modern restrooms. Attention to detail, coordination with design partners, and precise execution were key to delivering a refined workspace within the industrial shell.

Currently under Construction and will deliver December 2025.
